This class will quickly strengthen your muscles and burn fat without the pounding of a high impact workout. When the workout is complete, you will continue to burn calories as you go about your day. All fitness levels welcome, but expect a challenge.

Style: Yin Yoga

Solis r&r is a style of practice where deep and gentle stretches are held for extended periods, up to 5 minutes per posture. It’s a great way to open up tight hips and hamstrings, plus an awesome way to wind down for the evening. Classes are candlelit and suggested to be practiced in a dark / warmly lit space.
